What a privilege it is to be a part of the family of our sponsor, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Alpha Beta Zeta Chapter. I consider it a privilege and an honor to be President and serve the Zeta Amicae Auxiliary of Newport News-Hampton, Virginia. I want to continue to build this great organization while keeping our mission to help the community and support national initiatives front and center.

About Us

Misson statement

The purpose of the Amicae is to lend assistance to Zeta activities, to promote good public relations between Zeta and community women, to make non-greek women feel closer to the programming of the sorority, and to ensure more community cooperation in Zeta activities.

Since 1975 Zeta Amicae has awarded thousands of dollars’ worth of scholarships to both zetas and non-zetas alike. In 1980 there was other scholarships created at the local level by the Chapter Designated Scholarship Program which will be awarded by different chapters thought the country. The Foundations Scholarship Program is funded by support of the Sponsor Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
